Overall controllership for JV Projects in Real Estate

Developing and adhering DOAs/SOPs defined by Management

MIS for JV companies

Driving Pricing and execution decisions for JV Projects

Benchmarking and proposing NFAs for each project post consulting with JV and internal Stakeholders.

Ensuring finalization of books of JV as per groups timeline

Overall Tax compliance for JV companies

Book keeping and Financial reporting - Statutory Audit

Understanding & resolving any issues related to Vendor Invoice booking & Payment

Budgetary Control for JV companies

Qualifications

• Prior experience of Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)
• CA with 5-6 years of Experience
• Experience in SAP & Tally ERP will be an added advantage
