My client, a market leader in the pharmaceutical space, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their incredible organization.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should posses outstanding logical, numerical and excellent communication skills. This role covers the full financial management function, including human resources related functions as well as the payroll function. The position demands discretion and confidentiality!!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, monthly management packs and monthly reporting
• Accounting: Annual financial audits, journal processing, reconciliations, statutory returns, debtors and creditors management
• Payroll: System control, monthly payroll processing
• Human Resources: Administrative duties, fleet management
• Operational: Product packaging, sales, IT, Stock control, logistics and marketing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Finance Degree
• 3-5 years of Management experience
• Afrikaans speaking ability is essential !!
• Sage pastel and sage payroll required
