Are you an experienced professional with a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships? We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Account Growth and New Business Development:
    • Maintain and grow an existing client base while identifying opportunities for new business development.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients.
    • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products to identify opportunities for enhancement and value addition.
  • Delivery and Communication:
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics to gauge performance and growth.
  • Customer Service and Integration:
    • Keep current clients satisfied by providing exceptional day-to-day service.
    • Liaise between the customer and internal teams to address issues and ensure a smooth operation.
    • Enhance the department's and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with various customer interaction methods.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
