Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Account Growth and New Business Development:
- Maintain and grow an existing client base while identifying opportunities for new business development.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products to identify opportunities for enhancement and value addition.
- Delivery and Communication:
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics to gauge performance and growth.
- Customer Service and Integration:
- Keep current clients satisfied by providing exceptional day-to-day service.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams to address issues and ensure a smooth operation.
- Enhance the department's and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with various customer interaction methods.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
