Job Description:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of financial reports
Reviewing of financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness
Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables and expenses
Ensuring annual financial statements are prepared and submitted to the CFO
Collaborate with auditors to ensure annual financial statements are approved by the CFO
Compiling and consolidating the annual budget reports
Ensuring that the budget aligns with forecast targets
Implement compliance tools
Set performance objectives for employees
Provide guidance and training to staff members
Review annual budgets and recommend any changes
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities
Perform reconciliations of these functions

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial leadership position
Experience in risk management
Proficiency in financial software and excel

Qualification:
Relevant finance or accounting degree
Any professional designation
