Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations for bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts and sources.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all reconciliation processes.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for reconciled accounts.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification

• Matric/Grade 12 or NQF level 4

Experience

• At least 3-5 years' experience as a Financial Reconciliation Clerk or similar role.

• Proficiency in Swordfish Debt Collection software would be beneficial.

Skills

• Excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of debt collection operations and related financial transactions is an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have contactable references.

Package & Remuneration
Remuneration

• Basic salary of R14 000 per month.
