Our client, a manufacturer, seeks your accounting experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance essential.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience, within commerce or manufacturing.

The Job:
Report to the Financial Manager:

Daily duties:

• Capture cashbook and credit card statements on Sage of all bank accounts and report balances to Management.
• Debtor management.
• Input stock movements.

Month-End:

• Vet all deliveries have been invoiced from delivery books for each warehouse.
• Month-end bank reconciliation on Pastel Evolution.
• Capture and reconcile petty cash & credit cards.
• Vet customer month-end statements to be sent out.
• Vet supplier recons balance to system.
• Inventory variance reporting.
  Ensure all general ledger accounts have been reconciled including intercompany for FM to finalise month-end.
• Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Package & RemunerationR120 000.00 per annum (cost to company)
