• Ensuring that the finances of an organization run smoothly. Focus on developing and maintaining adequate budgets, which include costs associated with operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the full costing by product (+-3000 oroducts and sub products)
• Translution( Inventory Management System) and Syspro support to operational users to ensure accurate inventory balances-" the there and then" and "virtual + actual" principles.
• Maintain Product performance report.
• Active involvement in preparation of budget and forecast and year end.
• Liaison with auditors and other third parties & AD Hoc Management requirements, within the division.
• Ad hoc Costing/Profitability reports.
• Maintain safe and hazard-free workplace in accordance to Health, Safety & Environmental standards and practices.
• Assistance and Support to Management Accountant-inventory management, costing and system support.
• Inventory management reporting.
• Management and enforcement of cycle and annual stock counts.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification :

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification in Cost and Management Accounting.

Experience and skills required:

• High computer literacy
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and environment
• Basic understanding of financial audits
• Strong Costing Accounting
• Assigns tasks and monitors expectations
• Planning and prioritizing to meet set reporting deadlines
• Problem solving skills to financial queries
• Give clear reports via written and oral means
• Analysing and interpretation of financial information
• At least a minimum of 3-4 years in the manufacturing environment
• Syspro, Excel, S-Base package will be advantageous
