FP&A Manager

Your new company
This organisation is a market leading business with an excellent reputation in their sector. They have recently gone through significant change, and they are currently looking to recruit an FP&A Manager for a significant division of the business.

Your new role
This role will report directly to the FP&A Director and will lead a small team of 2 across FP&A for a large division. The role will focus on all reporting, budgeting and forecasting to ensure that all information provided to the business is of a high quality to support operational and commercial decision-making. Your team will create and use data to optimise performance across the business. You will contribute significantly to Business Systems and you will drive continuous improvement across the function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a track record of delivering a best in class FP&A function within a large business. You will have excellent Excel skills, with high attention to detail and a passion for data.
