The key to your success will include looking for creative solutions to wide ranging challenges and applying them in a pragmatic way.

You'll be collaborating and working closely with teams right across the business, from accounts and audit through to corporate finance, managing the firms service provision to clients in the following areas

• Corporation tax compliance including the preparation and filing of computations and returns for a wide variety of clients.
• Advising on corporate restructures including management buyouts, demergers, business disposals and acquisitions.
• Ad-hoc technical research in areas of emerging tax development.
