We're excited to offer you an opportunity to join our dynamic Finance and team as an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a full time, permanent position located in Leeds, 5 days a week in our Horsforth office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. The salary on offer is £22,000 to £26,000, depending on experience.

Let’s talk about what the role involves;

• Working with large volumes of suppler invoices
• Management of the Finance Inbox and telephone queries
• Supporting with suppliers and internal queries
• Generating supplier payment runs
• Payment and supplier reconciliations
• Other ad hoc duties to support the finance function as a whole

• Ideally 2+ years with Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable experience
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Experience dealing with numerous suppliers and differing payment terms
• Strong organisational skill and the ability to self-prioritise work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office and various accounting software (we use Sage)
• Experience with supplier reconciliation.
