In This Role, You'll Be...

• Our financial mastermind, processing invoices and managing payments to keep the cash flow flowing like a brand-new tap.
• A data detective, meticulously verifying invoices and ensuring we only pay for the best bathroom supplies (no leaky expenses here!).
• A dab hand at categorising, applying the correct VAT rates, and keeping our financial records sparkling clean.
• A supplier champion, ensuring they're paid on time and fostering positive relationships that are the foundation of any thriving business.
• A whiz with spreadsheets, utilising your Microsoft Office expertise to keep everything organised and efficient.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least a year's experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
• Understands accounting principles and bookkeeping practices like the back of their hand.
• Has a meticulous eye for detail - even the smallest drip can cause a leak in our records!
• Is a whizz with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (spreadsheets are our shower paradise).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills - because building relationships is key.
• Ideally, possesses an AAT Accounting qualification or is working towards one (bonus points for acing those exams!).
• Has experience with accounting software packages like Sage (but knowledge of Victorian plumbing systems is not essential... although it might impress your colleagues!).
