Senior Management Accountant - (Fast Track to FC level) | Cleckheaton | £50,000 - £55,000 + suite of benefits

The Opportunity

Are you an ambitious management accountant looking for progression and development within a growing and professional SME?

You’ll be joining a business that has doubled in size in the last 5 years - an acquisitive and forward-thinking group with a superb leadership team. It’s a modern and agile SME where change is the norm.

You will report directly to the FD - an approachable and experienced manager who can provide you with encouragement and mentoring whilst also giving you an enjoyable level of freedom and autonomy.

The remit is super broad - management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, MI and KPI reporting, business partnering, leading a small team - all of the exposure you need to swiftly step into the FC role... ultimately a platform for someone looking to become FD.

You need to have a strong foundation of management accounting skills and excellent analytical ability (confident Excel or Power BI would be useful).

You’ll be working in a vibrant and expanding SME with a fun and collaborative culture.

Required:

• CIMA or ACCA - qualified or finalist
• Experience as Management Accountant.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with managers / colleagues across all functions of the group.
• Proactive approach to learning and ambition to get to FC level quickly.
