We are seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead our efforts in driving business performance.

In this challenging and exciting role, you will:

Lead and supervise the business performance team, providing support, development, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.

Conduct regular business support meetings with budget holders to validate performance data, address concerns, and improve financial outcomes.

Design, develop, implement, and improve business intelligence reports and various management information systems to support key business decision-making.

Prepare, collect, and aggregate data by analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to deliver comprehensive reports in simple and user-friendly charts, graphs, and tables.

Develop and drive the forecasting process, including cash flow preparation, and provide updates on significant variances to senior management.

Assist managers in creating investment plans and carry out post-implementation reporting to ensure financial objectives are met.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A relevant degree and accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar).

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in providing technical business analysis.

Proficiency in business intelligence applications and data manipulation tools.

Strong analytical mindset and experience in conducting deep, rigorous research.

High attention to detail and ability to organize data into logical formats.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.

Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.

This is a hybrid role with time spent between our head office at Meadowbank and home working.
