I am currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a very successful manufacturing business in Wrexham. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the end to end credit cycle for one part of the company.

Duties will include:

Responsible for approx 1500 accounts (2 Companies), which involves chasing payments by email, and telephone
Allocating remittances to ledgers and processing cash postings onto the SAP system.
Reconciling customer accounts
Opening and monitoring new accounts and setting credit limits
Copy invoices
Preparing and processing the daily banking and monthly direct debits collectionsQualifications & Experience:

Demonstrable credit control experience in a similar role
Debt collection experience
Experience of dealing with customers over the phone in a polite and professional manner
A confident, persuasive and flexible communicator able to tailor their approach to different customers
Microsoft Word/Excel experience essential
Use of ERP/SAP would be beneficial although full training will be given
Able to demonstrate organisational skills, with an excellent eye for detailBenefits:
