• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
• Prepare a weekly marketing and refund report
• Prepare a weekly scorecard report
• Prepare a cash flow forecast
• Prepare a monthly workbook
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Ability to work with stringent timelines.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
