This position reports to
Financial Planning & Analysis Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite, #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Financial Planning and Analysis in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: . Performing analysis of business performance versus Plan and forecast. . Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions. . Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance. . Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause. . Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of inventories, NWC . Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting
Qualifications for the role

• Up to 1 to 3 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
• Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
• Strong communication skills
