Financial Plan & Analysis Senior Analyst

Job Location-Bangalore

• Ready to work from Office (BDC10B) 5 days a week
• Ready to work from base location Bangalore-Mahadevpura
• Ready to work in 3-30 am IST shift (3-30 am IST from Oct to Mar & 4-30 am IST from Apr to Sep)
• Should have 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Should be part of Budgeting and forecasting exercise, involved in variance analysis
• Loading Budgeting and forecasting in system is not sufficient to be involved in the Budget discussion
• Should be independently able to manage the entire P&L
• Being the key contact point for Client Senior Management for analysis and reports for group performance results
• Driving month end and quarter end close of the group results
• Driving Monthly Rolling Forecast
• Providing insightful analysis and commentary regarding monthly variances
• Providing business support and guidance with business case preparation and Tendering activities
• Drive system continual improvement of reporting systems and processes
• Plan and lead coordination of Group forecast and AOP process across
• Provide supervision and training to team members
• Deliver ad-hoc analytical requests to senior leadership with a quick turnaround
  
  

This role is to provide key support to Commercial Performance Director & leadership in achieving the above outcome. Incumbent will be required to have strong analytical and communication skills in order to present analysis to senior management. This will require strong engagement with stakeholders and other commercial/financial teams to drive outcomes to support commercial analysis and presentations, with relevant experience in Telco industry
