Reference: GTG001476-NB-1Are you an experienced professional with a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships? We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Account Growth and New Business Development:
Maintain and grow an existing client base while identifying opportunities for new business development.
Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients.
Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products to identify opportunities for enhancement and value addition.
Delivery and Communication:
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics to gauge performance and growth.
Customer Service and Integration:
Keep current clients satisfied by providing exceptional day-to-day service.
Liaise between the customer and internal teams to address issues and ensure a smooth operation.
Enhance the department's and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar role.
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills and experience with various customer interaction methods.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
