Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience
Credit control, bookkeeping or a similar certificate would be advantageous
Matric Senior Certificate
Pastel experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

Daily bank coding
Accounts receivable (AR) allocations
Sending monthly and ad hoc statements to customers
Applying settlement discounts as applicable
Reviewing and commenting on overdue accounts, sending age analyses twice a month, and addressing related inquiries
Reconciling accounts as needed
Providing backup for credit note processing during staff leave
Approving account releases for internal sales invoicing and stock release
Providing ad hoc assistance to the finance department

R12 000 - R15 000 - Monthly plus provident fund
