Debriefing Manager
Reference: JHB001421-hanS-1Our client is look for a meticulous, accurate and organized and trustworthy Debriefing Manager to manage their debriefing department, your will be debriefing local and cross-border manifests and reconciling budgets. You will need strategic planning skills to develop and implement the departments short-terms and long terms goals. Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in Business management or related.
4 Years experience as Debriefing Manager
Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Own transport (Non-negotiable)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the debriefing department
Debrief Local and Cross Border manifests and reconcile budgets
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the department's short-term and long-term goals
Determine department goals and KPIs
Collect Cash Returns and pay in at Cash Office / Control Room
Assist in driver queries and manifest discrepancies
Operate at High performance level and install a high-performance culture in subordinates
Conducting performance evaluations for staff
Preparing monthly reports and present to General Manager
