THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role is to ensure the quality production of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts within tight time frames. You'll play a vital role in meeting statutory reporting requirements and enhancing financial accounting processes, strengthening internal controls for improved efficiency and reliability of accounting records.

ABOUT YOU
What you'll be doing
- Accurately reconcile month-end balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly journals, including standing journals.
- Manage fixed asset entries and ensure alignment with the general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, process WIP and commissions accurately, and collaborate with the business for precise month-end provisions and accruals.
- CA/CPA qualification or actively pursuing it.
- Ideally, at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, medium to large company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practical application.
- Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills, general ledger/ERP (Great Plains ideally), and BI tools knowledge.
- A team player who contributes positively to the work environment.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to work independently when needed.
