About the position

The Internal Audit business unit works closely with the Board and the Board's Audit Committee, as well as with the Leadership Team, and undertakes reviews across all areas of the organisation. The business unit holds relationships with the external auditors, the other ‘big four' accounting firms, and other potential co-source partners.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate a strong assurance background, who also possesses an experience and interest in how data analytics can better enable an assurance function. You will have both the technical capability in this space, as well as the key stakeholder skills and ability to demonstrate the value continuous improvement of an Audit function, through current day technology and data analytics.

About you
  • Demonstrate an ability to be a leader within the Audit function, and change mindsets of the Internal Audit function across the organisation
  • Drive engagement, delivery and solutions
  • A strong interest in using analytics and data to drive better decision making is desirable, along with experience in Python, R and Power BI
  • Ability to navigate through large delivery and change projects
  • Strong communcator, with the ability to influence at a Senior level.
