Role Purpose
The Senior Finance Manager shall be responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Cash flow management.
• Accounts Management.
• Management of budget.
• Operations and General management
• Management of Audit requirements.
• Full Tax Management.
• Financial Reporting.
• Budgeting.
• Compliance and reporting
• Management of the AR and AP Team of 10 colleagues

Minimum Experience & Qualification

• Financial or Business Degree (BCom Fin/ CIMA or ACCA)
• 5 years of financial operations management experience
• Completed Articles will be an advantage
• Must have knowledge and working experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sage X3
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including financial analysis and forecasting
• Ability to manage an AR and AP Finance Team to achieve set objectives
• IFRS competency
• Ability to use own initiative
• Change management skills
• Persuasion, influencing and leadership skills
