Group ESG Finance Analyst

Your new company

You will be working in an exciting and newly created position within a fast-growing manufacturing company with a diverse portfolio of products. Your role will be both FP&A and ESG reporting to the Finance Transformation / ESG Manager, with exposure to the wider finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about ESG, as you will come in at a time where you help build this division from the ground up and really get to put your mark on this companies ESG initiatives.

Your new role

Reporting to both the Head of FP&A and the Transformation Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• ESG reporting & analysis
• Support the FP&A team in delivering comprehensive analysis, consolidating management reporting, and preparing Board papers
• Assisting in managing forecasts/budget processes
• Improvement in data collection across the wider business
• Producing KPI reporting for the ESG functions
• Support the month-end process and monthly performance reports
• Support the analysis of financial information
• Other ad hoc support

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with experience with financial planning, analysis and month-end process. Experience in an ESG role is desirable, but interest & some knowledge are essential. You will be an ambitious individual who is keen to add value to a high-performing team.
