Semi Senior Accountant / Accounts Assistant required to join our client, a small Accountancy Practice located in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role would suit someone with 2/3 years' experience working in an Accountancy Practice.

Semi Senior Accountant Position Overview

• Accounts preparation
• Bookkeeping
• Basic Corporation tax work
• VAT return preparation and submission
• Dealing with client queries
• Administration support - shared duties of answering the phone and working as a team looking at upcoming deadlines and workloads

Semi Senior Accountant Position Requirements

• AAT studying/qualified
• Previous experience working within a small Accountancy Practice
• Experience working with Sole Traders and Limited Companies
• Previous experience using QuickBooks Online would be preferable
• Smart and professional with the confidence to engage with clients

Semi Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

20 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday 9am - 3pm
