Accounts Administrator Position Overview

• Cross-Role training
• Processing Stock/non-stock invoices
• Posting bank payments
• E-commerce
• Setting up suppliers
• Setting up new customers
• Credit Control/Assistance
• Dealing with email queries
• Remittances
• Supplier statement Reconciliations
• Credit Insurance
• Reports
• General support to the wider finance function as well as the business as a whole

Accounts Administrator Position Requirements

• Previous accounts and administration experience is essential
• Experience in a logistics and wholesaling firm is preferred
• Excellent communication, organisation, telephone, interpersonal, and management skills
• UK citizen and no requirement for sponsorship

Accounts Administrator Position Remuneration

• Salary of £28,000 - £30,000
• 20 days holiday + statutory leave
• Pension contribution after 3 months
• Fully office based role
