A highly regarded Manchester-based law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. You will be in charge of producing management accounts, analyses and MI, and making business critical financial and strategic decisions.

**You must have an accountancy accreditation ACA or CA - this is essential**

This is a high-profile role involving interaction across the business at all levels with both financial and non-financial people. Attention to detail, flexibility and a can-do attitude are prerequisites for this role.

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm - hybrid working



Location:
Manchester City Centre



Salary:
£75,000 - £80,000

Duties include:

• Taking responsibility for the financial reporting side of the firm, including setting and overseeing relevant processes

• Managing, mentoring and motivating the finance team
• Dealing with mid-level and high-level queries that come into the department from the leadership team, fee earners and clients
• Providing external auditors with the necessary documentation and support
• Undertaking any further work, tasks or projects as reasonably requested by the finance director or finance managers
• Completing the same to the required standards and within agreed timescales
