SKILLS REQUIRED
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and credit control
* Competent with Microsoft Office
* Strong numerical Skills
* Ability to prioritise own workload and work well under pressure
* Time management and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* UK driving license and own vehicle due to office location
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with commercial teams to maintain consistent credit and cash flow
* Maintain sales ledgers and manage the credit control process
* Arrange timely applications for payment and invoices
* Handle credit card payments
* Attend regular meetings with the Senior Finance Team
* Post and reconcile payments and transactions, addressing any discrepancies
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Ensure daily dispatch of accurate invoices
