The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional bookkeeping expertise.
Minimum Requirements

Qualification in Bookkeeping.
5 Years experience as a Bookkeeper.
Advanced Excel Skills.
Knowledge of relevant tax requirements.
Must be able to analyse and prepare financial and narrative reports.
Intricate understanding of financial processes.
Experience with Pastel Partner.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare Financial Statements up to Trial Balance for multiple companies, with the potential to include additional companies in the future.
Manage cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations.
Oversee inter-company loan accounts.
Record and maintain journal entries.
Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations.
Process and load payments within the banking system.
Support various annual audit processes for the companies.
Handle accounts payable functions.
Manage accounts receivable tasks.
Analyse and prepare detailed financial and narrative reports.
Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Manage customer account queries effectively.
