Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Financial Data Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to:

Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Macros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
Power Query and Power Pivot
Advanced Charting and Visualization Techniques
Logical Functions (e.g., IF, AND, OR)
Statistical Functions (e.g., AVERAGEIFS, SUMIFS)
Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Solver, Analysis ToolPak)
Scenario Analysis and What-If Analysis

Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Working experience in the FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decision-making
Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support data analysis and reporting.
Create dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports using advanced Excel functionalities.
Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
