A holding company in South Africa, in their Shared Services division, is currently looking for Accounts Payable Controllers to join their team on a 6 month contract.

As an Accounts Payable Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare cheques for payment
• Get authorization for payment
• Match goods received to the invoice received and purchase order
• Capture invoices on a daily basis
• Reconcile company records to creditors statements
• Process up to 60 invoices on a daily basis
• Follow up on queries

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Financial qualification would be beneficial
• Minimum 2-3 years experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Shared services experience is non-negotiable
