Management Accountant

Your new company
The Group finance function of a £100M+ turnover construction business is seeking a Management Accountant for their team in Bolton. An established business, they are going through a period of growth, and will see exciting changes ahead, offering excellent progression opportunities to their finance team. Reporting to the Group FC, you will have a senior leadership team around you to learn from who are eager to develop you as a Management Accountant.

Your new role
As Management Accountant, you will support the Group FC and Group FD with preparation of the management accounts, handling VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, stock adjustments, and assist in the analysis and forecasting. You will be involved in projects that look at continuous improvements within the finance function, and report on the performance of these projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be Newly Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or within a year of qualifying, either coming from industry (construction desirable although not essential), or be a first time mover from practice, and will be eager to grow your career as a Management Accountant, working in an environment which fosters learning and development.

What you'll get in return
A salary of £40K - £45K, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, an annual bonus, and other benefits including death in service, enhanced pension, onsite parking, and an annual pay increase. You will be based full-time on-site in the Bolton office, with working hours from 8.45AM - 5.15PM.
