As an Assistant Management Accountant, you'll be an integral part of of their finance team, supporting key financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis. This role is designed for growth, offering you the chance to develop your skills and advance within their expanding business.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management
• Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Participate in financial audits and implement recommendations
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Skills and Experience Required:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
