Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management
- Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Participate in financial audits and implement recommendations
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Skills and Experience Required:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
