Accounts Assistant Apprenticeship - Indevor Bonds and Guarantees Limited

The Accounts Assistant Apprentice at Indevor Bonds and Guarantees Limited manages the finance inbox, handles sales and purchase ledgers, and updates the CRM system. Responsibilities include raising and distributing sales invoices and credit notes, processing purchase invoices and staff expenses, and reconciling purchase ledgers and bank accounts. The role also involves setting up and verifying new suppliers, assisting with credit control, performing credit card reconciliations, answering queries from suppliers, customers, and colleagues, and maintaining accurate filing and record-keeping.

Salary:
£12000p/a

Working week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 39 hours a week.

Notice Period: 1 Month

Apprenticeship Details - 17 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 2 Accounts Assistant Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/remote).

Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 8th best UK training provider)

Key Job

Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the finance inbox, responding to emails and redirecting to others where required.
  • Sales Ledger: Raise Sales Invoices and Credit notes and distribute the clients
  • Purchase ledger: - Processing purchase invoices and staff expenses
  • Updating our CRM System
  • Answering queries from suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Reconciliation of the purchase ledger.
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations.
  • Setting up new suppliers, including verification of their details.
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Filing and record keeping, both electronic and paper copies


Qualifications:

  • 3 A-levels (A-C)
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (9 - 5)
