Pay Bracket: £25,000 - £32,000.

Working Hours: Open To Both Part-Time and Full-Time

We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our client in their Burnley Office. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with excellent working culture and exposure opportunities. This role will report to the existing finance team, you will be responsible for managing our credit control functions on a day-to-day basis. There will also be some general office administration as part of the daily duties.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Management of the credit control function within the business.
Ensuring credit limits and customer payment terms remain accurate on the system
Building rapport with customers to ensure cash collection targets are met
Regular review of credit reports
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Providing reports on accounts receivable analysis and potential exposure to overdue balances
Other ad-hoc tasks within the accounts function.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with Xero
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-keeping skills
High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
Good IT and MS Excel skills
