2020 Recruitment is working with a global engineering company in Aberdeen who are now looking to add an Accounting Professional to their team on an initial 6 months contract basis. This could be extended or become permanent. This will be initially a full time, office based position, however, working from home 2 days per week can be agreed after settling in period.

Due to additional reporting requirements, you will be working as an Accounting Professional supporting the Finance Controller to assist with, but not limited to monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and SOX reporting. You should be a detail-oriented person and able to work on your own initiative. Ideally experienced in multiple ERP’s; Oracle and JD Edwards experience would be advantageous.

Skills Required:

All-round general Accounting Professional
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
ERP System knowledge is essential
Excellent Excel Skills are required
A degree in Accounting isn't essential but would be beneficial

8.30-5.00 - Monday to Thursday

8.30-3.45 - Friday

Pay Rate: Up to £25.64/hour PAYE
