- Own up the process of collecting and analyzing financial data from Finance Team, ensuring periodical reporting is in compliance with GAAP reporting regulations and guidelines.
- Consolidate entries and accounts to be utilized in financial statements prepare the internal reports as required.
- Review the GL cost center report before publishing the final TB by Finance Team.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for assigned business units taking into consideration OP Gain, One-time cost, Headcount planning salary cost, OPEX information and trends.
Job Location : Bangalore- Manyata.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Analyze operational financial metrics at transaction level for various functional groups. Collect and maintain relevant supporting information for senior management.
- Review the general ledger (such as Salary, TE, Professional Services, provision entries etc. ) in detail to ensure appropriate accounting at cost center level and provide in depth analysis for further action.
- Generate and publish monthly management reports on financial performance by dept by region. Provide cost center owners with detailed expense reports and trends compared with budgets and forecasts and work with them to ensure spend is within budgets.
- Facilitate regular financial reviews with Business stakeholders and keep them informed about key Financial/Non-Financial Metrics. Proactively look for cost optimization opportunities and highlight areas of improvement for timely action.
- Ensure the financial KPI s (key performance indicators) are effectively ensured.
- Actively participate in the any automation projects as a finance expert on need basis.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide inputs and recommendations for pricing decisions, considering factors such as cost structures, competitive positioning, and customer value perception.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and validate pricing data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain pricing databases, dashboards, and reports to enable effective monitoring and analysis of pricing performance.
- Pricing Optimization: Use advanced statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling to identify pricing optimization opportunities. Develop and deploy pricing models and simulations to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue and margin.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics. Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
- Pricing Governance: Establish and maintain pricing governance processes, including pricing policies, guidelines, and approval workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal pricing guidelines.
- Model Development: Hands on experience in building price elasticity models.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with Business teams to gather inputs, share insights, and align pricing strategies with overall business objectives. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Visualization: Create and report KPI insights in Excel.
- Manages and creates relationships with business partners to evaluate and foster data-driven innovation.
- Communicating business value and innovation potential through effective insights/visualizations.
- Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them.
- Finance Knowledge; Strong business and financial acumen, understanding finance and accounting concepts (e.g., revenue (and cost) recognition rules.) Able to understand the Client s business and financial requirements, analyze spend information to interpret these into the necessary cost/pricing models.

- 8-to-10-year experience
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint is expected as a number of reports are submitted in presentation slides.
- Prior experience of working on an Oracle and financial consolidation and reporting system
