Job Profile:

Purpose of Role:

Supporting the Corporate Finance function in meeting Accounts Receivables and Financial Planning and analysis requirements.

Main

Responsibilities:


Accounts Receivables:
  • Manage, verify, and record all accounts receivables, ensuring timely invoicing to parent company.
  • Track invoices and conduct regular follow-ups with entities for the same.
  • Balance and reconcile accounts on a regular basis, generating accurate financial reports.
  • Ensuring reconciliations & control over Accounts Receivables
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients, manage credit accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Accurate interpretation of Invoice queries received and able to respond on timely manner.


Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Build and maintain financial models to support management decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.
  • Assist in the coordination of the budget planning process and prepare detailed reports.
  • Work with the finance team on forecasting efforts and setting goals.


Other areas:
  • Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the management informed of all critical issues
  • Building relationships across functional teams, detail-oriented, and represent finance strongly in discussions.


Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred with 2-3+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst and familiarity with Accounts Receivables.
  • Proficiency in using advanced Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present financial data to non-financial personnel.
