• We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior FP&A and NetSuite Specialist with 8-10 years of experience, including expertise in utilizing the NetSuite platform
• In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, focusing on leveraging NetSuite functionalities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making
• The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, advanced NetSuite skills, and a proven track record in financial analysis

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth financial planning and analysis, highlighting key insights, planning, forecasts and trends to support budgeting and strategic decision making.
• Design and generate complex financial reports using NetSuite Suite Analytics.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through automation and customization within NetSuite. Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and provide financial support.
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate financial processes with other business systems.
• Prepare and coordinate financial information for internal and external audits.
• Provide training to finance team members on advanced NetSuite features and financial analysis techniques and enable them to leverage NetSuite effectively.

Qualifications/Skills:

• bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with a focus on NetSuite utilization.
• Advanced proficiency in configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet complex financial requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
