Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team.

Duties:
  • Reviewing and approving purchase orders, order entries and shipment costings
  • Approving debtor invoices
  • Assist with debtor queries and collections
  • Reviewing debtors and creditors month end processing
  • Preparing financial forecasts
  • Oversee Supplier database systems
  • Cashflow projections
  • Approving COD payments
  • Inventory management with site
  • Fixed asset management
  • Monthly processing up to trial balance
  • Expenditure analysis
  • Compiling and presenting of financial reports
  • Job costing and quoting
  • Compiling and submitting documents for approval - SARS
  • Managing contract escalations
  • Analysing and monitoring contract performance
  • BBBEE Planning and compiling documents for BBBEE audits
  • Peer management accounts review
  • Assist auditors with annual audit requirements and information
  • Other ad-hoc tasks required per FM

Requirements:
  • BCom Accounting / Financial Management
  • 1-2 Years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel functionalities.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
