SUPERVISOR CREDIT CONTROL
RANDURG

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Accountable for coordinating, planning and delivering day-to-day team activities to execute team objectives accurately and timeously, in line with Standard Operating Procedures, driving team performance with a purpose of achieving operational objectives and excellent customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, AMONGST OTHERS INCLUDE:
  • Key Areas of Responsibility Functional Management:Coordinate and monitor the sub-divisional operational plan and objectives to effectively achieve performance targets and Service Level [URL Removed] the team by aligning individual work and teamwork to deliver on performance objectives, adapting to changes and implementation of enhanced end to end processes for operational efficiency and service [URL Removed] stakeholder queries, escalations and operational challenges fairly and promptly, following Scheme Rules, Policies, and [URL Removed] to identifying and resolving operational challenges within the sub-division, escalating unresolved issues as [URL Removed] Management and Compliance:Provide input into the sub-division's risk registers in consultation with the Manager: Credit [URL Removed] root cause analysis on queries that raise concerns of non-conformance, presenting findings in line with ISO [URL Removed] and adhere to fraud controls, risk prevention principles, sound governance, and compliance [URL Removed] internal and external audit [URL Removed] quality risk management standards in line with ISO [URL Removed] Credit Control-related Service Level Agreements to minimize business risk and ensure [URL Removed] Management:Build and lead an effective team by efficiently managing sub-divisional [URL Removed] in talent acquisition, succession planning, development, and retention [URL Removed] mentor, and nurture sub-divisional [URL Removed] a high-performance culture, aligning individual work plans with annual performance [URL Removed] monthly one-on-one sessions and performance [URL Removed] employee engagement and recognition for increased [URL Removed] poor performance and disciplinary matters in line with Scheme [URL Removed] Management:Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder [URL Removed] and attend meetings, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders as needed.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years in Credit Control experience - 3 years Medical scheme Experience
  • Higher Certificate in Business Management/Administration
