COSTING CLERK (Automotive Component Manufacturing) -Pretoria East

Large manufacturing operation in Pretoria East is looking for an experienced and competent Costing Clerk. Experience in the automotive component industry is an essential requirement for the position.

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric + Relevant qualification in Finance and or Costing


• Minimum 5 years of experience in costing with manufacturing concern


• Specify what costing experience you have


• ERP system experience (Syspro)


• Microsoft Office with Excel advanced

Duties

• Product costing and tooling inventory reporting and maintenance. Compare actual costs to estimates and analyse any variances


• Preparation of cost estimates/quotes for new products/customers and product changes.


• Update BOMS as necessary.


• Assist with stock counts.


• Load cost estimates/quotes on customer websites.


• Assist with recons/schedules for tooling requirements.


• Set-up accurate records for old and new product costings.


• Maintain customer tooling inventory


• Draw up tooling audit information on continuous basis


• Maintain and upgrade MMS system for tooling
