This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an NQF Level 4 Full Short term insurance qualification (or current) including DOFA confirmation from FSCA and a completed RE5! Responsibilities:

• Client meetings face to face
• Liaise and provide feedback to clients
• Handle client queries
• Underwrite and manage client renewals
• Handle new application and quotations
• Arrange appointments with clients - site meetings
• Maintain systems
• Manage detailed records - Administrative Documents
• Ensure FAIS Compliance
• Record details and information on relevant systems
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain Service level agreement deadlines
• Maintain good working relationship with insurers
• Handle reports
• Manage client retention
• Understand policy wording and all products

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12, with NQF Level 4 Full Short term insurance qualification
• Must be fully computer literate (Microsoft office 365: Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must have completed Regulatory examination RE5 successfully
• Must have DOFA confirmation from FSCA
• Must have 6 - 7 years relevant work experience in Short term insurance
• Minimum of 4 Years personal underwriting and commercial underwriting experience
• Strong administration, organization and planning skills
• Own transport/driver's license
