Interim Financial Controller

A highly successful West London, FMCG business are recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller / Head of Finance. This business are a fast-track growth business, experiencing double-digit growth. Your new role.
As Interim Head of Finance / Financial Controller, you will lead a small team. You will take responsibility for the month-end and management reporting, financial control and commercial reporting. This business utilise leading technology to run an efficient function, but now require a hands-on lead to drive them to the next level.
You will be able to provide leadership and direction to the team, and help mentor them.
You will ensure control, process and procedures are fit for purpose as they scale.
Develop commercial reporting adding value.
Overseeing group consolidations
Provide financial stewardship ensuring external advisory firms are used correctly, including overseeing the annual audit.
This is a unique role where you can develop the financial blueprint of the finance function which you can then present to the board.

What you'll need to succeed.
You will be a qualified Accountant, ACA, CIMA OR ACCA, Finance Manager, Controller with solid FMCG experience.
You will have experience working in a corporate business, and on an ERP system.
FMCG experience is essential

What you'll get in return
