Job Responsibilities
AOP and Business Analysis
Partner in annual operational planning process and execution of the plan along with
category team
Work with category team in bottoms-up AOP roll-up and understand scheme leakage / plug
the same
Track the brand level GM% MoM and vs AOP and articulate the key driver to the leadership
team.
Decision making support such as pre and post launch of a category/product and track return
on investment.
Be a strategic business partner to the business team in opportunities and define intervention
needed. Build scalable processes for performance management to support and enable
business teams to deliver their business goals
Partner with finance teams across the organization to drive optimal cross func. decisions.
Risk Management and Automation
Approve the contracts with new brand partners and be the voice for risk management
Active participation in preparing, reviewing, and following up on the claim's receivable from
various brands. Tracking growth initiatives & be custodian of finance processes while we
grow at rapid pace
Be the SPOC for Internal controls strengthening to reduce leakages and ideate areas of
improving the retention margins.
Create a roadmap for automation by liaison with IT team to improve the TAT around
reporting.
