Role and Responsibility

• Review and monitoring of the existing Standard Operating Procedure
• Testing & review of controls identified for mitigation of the risk
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of the Incidents reported
• Competition Benchmarking and suggesting relevant practices for implementation
• Publish Operational Risk dashboard , prepare presentation for the Operational Risk Management Committee
• New projects in area of process improvements / better TATs / simplification / improving automation
  
  

Education Qualification:

MBA/CA/Graduate

5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Skills and Experience:

• Good Data analysis skills
• Prior experience in Operational Risk profile
• Clear understanding of the retail lending business
  
  

Eye for Detail

Ability to grasp , understand process and then identify gaps in the processess

Ability to develop professional Inter personal relationships with peers and seniors across functions

Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for delivery within time-lines
