Job Description:
As the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities include the following:
Gather and monitor financial data
Prepare annual financial statements
Oversee tac payments and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Ensure that financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles
Process and approve intercompany recharge invoices
Assist with banking queries
Review supplier reconciliations
Process journals, accruals, depreciation, salaries and tenant investments
Load suppliers on the company's banking platform
Provide guidance to a team of finance administrators
Compile and complete relevant daily reports
Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required by management

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years commercial experience
Hospitality experience would be beneficial
Proficiency in MS Office
Intermediate Excel skills

Qualification:
Relevant finance or accounting degree/diploma
Matric (Grade 12)
