Job Summary: This individual will support the Division President and RVP of Business Development providing financial and strategic support. Key Responsibilities: * Develops and implements retail strategy and price programs * Evaluates new business and acquisition proposals * Develops relationships with key financial and operational leaders in the sector and advises sector CFO * Continually challenges the status quo and look to provide added value * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred * 3-5 years of experience in relevant field to include financial analysis, reporting and forecasting * Hands on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management, strongly preferred * Prior experience as senior financial leader within similar industry for multi-site business, preferred * MBA and/or CPA (or equivalent accounting certification), preferred Apply to Compass Group today!
