My client is a proudly South African business with a significant presence across multiple industries that include food, beverage, and homecare. Having dominated the market for a century, they have a diverse portfolio of brands catering to various consumer needs.

This role reports to the Finance Manager and some of the responsibilities are: recording transactions in the ledgers, journals, control over the funds and assets of the company, handling VAT calculations and submissions, tax planning and designing methods of tax savings.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• Sage advantageous
• 7 years relevant FMCG/Retail experience
• 10 direct reports
