The role will be responsible for providing individuals with sound advise regarding their financial planning and investments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Meeting with potential clients
• Establishing their financial needs and goals
• Developing professional needs analysis
• Recommending suitable insurance and investment solutions
• Ongoing reviews and servicing of your existing clients

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:

• Own reliable transport and Cellphone
• Matric / Grade 12
• B. Com, LLB or Financial Industry related qualification (preferrable)
• No criminal record
• Clean ITC listing

Key Competencies:

• Know and understand Discovery (www.discovery.co.za) products and processes.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (Oral and Written).
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Proven work experience as a paraplanner or similar role.
• Leadership ability.

Package & Remuneration

• Salary package will consist of a basic salary and comission (Market Related)
• This salary structure will give the successful candidate time to get on his / her feet and whilst gaining experience and building their own client base.
